Business and Finance Attorney with More Than Ten Years’ Experience to Help Influence Firm’s Future Direction

Worcester, Framingham and Boston, MA—January 13, 2021—Timothy (Tim) C. Monahan, who concentrates his practice on business and finance law, has been elected a Partner with Bowditch & Dewey. He will continue to be based in Bowditch’s Worcester headquarters to collaborate with colleagues in Framingham and Boston.

Bowditch clients work with Mr. Monahan on a wide range of corporate matters. These include mergers, acquisitions and sales; entity formations; and joint ventures. He also counsels businesses on regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and securities filings.

In addition, Mr. Monahan represents lenders and borrowers involved in asset-based, real estate, general commercial and construction financing; participations; and intercreditor transactions.

Mr. Monahan, who has over ten years’ experience, joined Bowditch in 2018. Since then, he has been actively involved in the firm’s continued evolution and participates in several internal committees.

Mr. Monahan is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), and served previously on the Board of Directors of the New England Hemophilia Association

A Westborough resident, he graduated from Boston College Law School and received a B.A. in history, cum laude, from Boston College, as well.
