Michael Angelini Selected for the Worcester Business Journal Power 50

Michael Angelini has been selected for the Worcester Business Journal’s (WBJ) Power 50 Class of 2023.

The Power 50 is compiled by the WBJ and is comprised of the 50 most influential people in Central Massachusetts – those individuals who shape the economy and the community. The list includes people from all walks of life and professions.

Michael was featured in the “Government” category. He was highlighted for his dedication and leadership skills, which he uses to advance many of the largest institutions in the Worcester area, and spends a portion of each day working in the best interest of the community. Chairman of the Worcester Redevelopment Authority, an agency that oversees urban renewal planning, land acquisition, business relocation, demolition of obsolete structures, site testing/preparation and public improvements, Michael also serves as vice chair of the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, the second largest grant-making foundation in Central Massachusetts, overseeing more than $200 million in assets.
