Estate planning is one of the most important processes you can complete to ensure your family’s financial security after your passing. Eileen Lee Breger spoke about the estate planning process and special needs trusts at The Carroll Center for the Blind’s October 16 webinar and provided attendees with information about how they can help themselves and their loved ones plan for the future. Topics included:

  • The different components of an estate plan
  • The various types of special needs trusts
  • Why a special needs trust is beneficial for a disabled individual
  • How to provide funds for a disabled individual without interfering with public benefits.
