Nina Dow Named an Academy Leader of Women’s Executive Academy
Nina Dow has been named an Academy Leader of the Women’s Executive Academy, a training academy launched by the School of Business at Clark University in partnership with the Worcester Business Journal. The academy, which will debut this fall, will help emerging women leaders develop new skills and advance their careers.
The eight-month program will feature real-world insights from the top women leaders in the Central Massachusetts region. Curriculum topics will include developing an executive presence, overcoming setbacks and building resilience, and knowing one’s own worth. Nina, who will teach the curriculum along with seven other academy leaders, spoke with the Worcester Business Journal about the initiative:
“As someone who was raised in Worcester County, I have had the pleasure of watching Worcester reinvent itself in many ways. Now, I am grateful to be participating in an important first for the city with my fellow instructors and our future students!
