Lynette Paczkowski Co-hosts “Leading the Bar” Podcast
Lynette Paczkowski, a member of the National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) Executive Council, co-hosts the organization’s podcast, Leading the Bar. The monthly podcast features seasoned bar presidents and prominent lawyers who share their strategies, tools and personal stories of growth, crisis management and innovation.
Designed to equip the next generation of lawyer-leaders with the skills, confidence and vision needed to lead with purpose and integrity, each episode will explore the essential aspects of legal leadership. Topics will include navigating leadership challenges, driving innovation, developing key skills, engaging the next generation and upholding core values.
Lynette describes each episode as “a masterclass in leadership,” offering practical strategies and lessons that attorneys can apply immediately in their professional journeys and in service to the legal community.
In the July episode, Jeremy Evans, founder of California Sports Lawyer and past president of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), shares insights from helping lead the creation of the CLA after its historic separation from the State Bar of California.
