On December 10, 2025, the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Family Law Section hosted “The Essential Guide to Family Law Financials: Common Tax Issues in Family Law Cases.” Catherine Spanu spoke at the webinar, which was designed to give practitioners a strong foundation in the tax considerations that frequently arise in domestic relations matters. The program began with core concepts geared toward newer family law attorneys and progressed to more complicated topics including how to incorporate these principles into litigating a case all the way through trial.
