Joshua Lee Smith Discusses Fallon Building Office-to-Residential Conversion on WCRN

Joshua Lee Smith recently joined Hank Stolz on the Talk of the Commonwealth on WCRN Radio to discuss the office-to-residential conversion of the Fallon Building in Worcester.

During the interview, Josh discussed the redevelopment of the 11-story property into nearly 200 new downtown housing units and explained how a combination of state programs and local incentives helped make the complex project financially viable. He also described his role working with developers and city officials on zoning, permitting, and structuring the project to move the conversion forward.
