Peter Cifichiello Highlights Resources Available to Veteran-Owned Businesses on “Talk of the Commonwealth”
Peter Cifichiello, a Navy veteran and partner at Bowditch, joined host Hank Stolz on “Talk of the Commonwealth” on November 12 to discuss the resources available to veterans interested in starting or acquiring their own businesses. Drawing on years of experience supporting veteran entrepreneurs, Peter outlined the programs designed to help veterans launch and grow their ventures and emphasized the importance of proper business formation to ensure full access to these benefits.
During the conversation, Peter spoke about his work with several Worcester-area incubators as well as InnoVets, an organization dedicated to helping veterans build and expand their businesses. He noted that many veterans are unaware of the benefits available through agencies such as the VA and SBA, including loan programs and other early-stage support. While both federal and state programs offer significant opportunities, Peter stated that the application and compliance requirements can be difficult to navigate. He outlined how he supports veterans and guides them through each step to ensure they can access all of the resources available to them.
