Samantha McDonald Moderated “Investing in Worcester: A developers perspective” with the Worcester Business Journal (Webinar)
The Worcester skyline has had plenty of cranes at work throughout the pandemic, whether it was building the new AAA baseball park, large scale apartment projects, office and retail or wholesale & industrial development. A busy transportation hub, Worcester has well over one thousand new housing units coming online in the next couple years, and several commercial projects ready to take off.
On March 29, Samantha McDonald and some of the city’s top developers and investors discussed how they view the market and what it’s like to work in Worcester. They also provided more details about their projects and plans for the future.
The program was the second half of the two-part Worcester Emerging program presented by the Worcester Business Journal.
