Randi Stempler is an experienced, hands-on real estate lawyer with a primary focus on leasing transactions. She represents both landlords and tenants in preparing and negotiating office, retail and industrial leases nationally.
In addition, Randi advises a wide range of clients, including corporations, private developers and property owners, and nonprofit institutions in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties including the related financing aspects of such transactions.
Before Bowditch
Randi gained extensive experience representing technology companies with all of their national and international office leasing needs and served as Manager, Real Estate Law Counsel at Ahold U.S.A., Inc. As in-house counsel, she supervised outside counsel in connection with leasing litigation matters, negotiated retail lease documentation, and prepared use consent agreements for co-tenants in shopping centers throughout operating areas.
Besides work
In addition to spending time with family and reading fiction, Randi enjoys swimming, hiking and taking long walks with her dog.
