Rebekah Ayuso is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice. She assists with both large and small commercial real estate projects, such as preparation of draft documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, settlement statements, commercial leases and related documents. Becky also obtains closing documents, including UCC searches, title examinations, municipal lien certificates, corporate organizational documents and payoff letters, as well as prepares tenant estoppel certificates and clerk’s certificates. She attends closings and coordinates title reports with title examiners.
Before Bowditch
Before Bowditch, Becky gained experience in the legal industry as a paralegal and while serving as a clerk’s office intern for the Newton District Court.
Besides work
Becky is fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their four children. She also enjoys baking, exercising and taking her dog on long walks.
