Vinitha Krishnan is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate, Financial & Tax Planning practice. She has over 10 years of experience as a trust and estate paralegal for several law firms in Worcester and Boston.
Vinitha administers documentation for trusts and estates, including the preparation of all relevant probate court forms and accountings. She assists attorneys with the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, as well as preparing trust funding documents, deeds, and other real estate documents including Land Court S-Petitions. Vinitha’s experience also includes the preparation of guardianship and conservatorship filings.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Vinitha worked as an intern where she drafted wills, power of attorney, trust certificate, health care proxy, HIPAA, deed, Declaration of Homestead, client correspondence, and other legal documents.
Besides Work
Vinitha came to the United States from India and speaks five languages including English, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, and Tamil. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
