Meg Prach is a seasoned paralegal with 35 years of experience in trust and estates and elder law. Working with attorneys in the firm’s Estate, Financial & Tax Planning practice, she oversees the administration of estates and trusts, organizes asset information and arranges for valuations, and prepares inventories, fiduciary accountings and estate tax returns. Meg is experienced in drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and medical directives. She also works with clients on long-term care planning and has experience preparing and processing MassHealth applications and appeal briefs.
One of the many aspects of work that Meg enjoys is the amount of time she gets to spend working with and helping clients, whether she is meeting with them in the office, at home, in the hospital or at a nursing home.
Before Bowditch
Prior to joining the firm, Meg worked for several different elder law firms in the Metrowest area.
Besides work
Meg enjoys drawing, watercolor painting and hiking on conservation land and trails with her husband. She is also an avid reader.
