Michael Dickman is a civil litigator and trial lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in commercial, construction, and personal injury disputes. He handles cases from start to finish, including through trial, with a focus on delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy at every stage of litigation. Mike’s work includes early risk assessment and counseling, pre-suit investigation, and comprehensive litigation management – covering written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
He represents clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies.
Mike is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Lawyer Well-Being Committee, where he regularly writes and speaks on issues promoting the well-being and health of lawyers across Massachusetts.
BESIDES WORK
Outside of the office, Mike enjoys playing golf, cooking/baking, and reading about American history. He lives with his wife, daughter, and mini red poodle, Banksy.

- Achieved satisfaction of homeowner clients’ judgment of roughly $300,000 nearly two years after the original judgment in residential construction matter. Upon learning the debtor was about to receive substantial sums pursuant to a divorce decree, filed a new action seeking a preliminary injunction and to reach and apply divorce proceeds to satisfy the judgment.
