Brian Grossman Quoted in MetroWest Daily News’ “Framingham Planning Board makes its call on proposed grocery store”

The Framingham Planning Board has unanimously approved the construction of a new grocery store at the Shoppers World plaza. Included in the approval was the request for a sign permit. Brian Grossman spoke with MetroWest Daily News about the project:

“The reason we included it is because we do show the electric charging stations on the site plan,” said project counsel Brian Grossman. “The expectation is that there are other Volta charging stations on the property now.”

Grossman further explained that presenting it now made their application more comprehensive, because officials are fairly certain that the charging stations will be Volta stations “to avoid having to reapply for charging stations that are already shown on the plan.”
