Danielle Lederman Helps Develop Massachusetts Bar Association’s Program “Managing a Remote Workforce Across State Lines”
As co-chair of the Education Committee for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council, Danielle Lederman helped develop and plan the organization’s November 9 webinar “Managing a Remote Workforce Across State Lines.” During the webinar, panelists will discuss the key employment law issues that arise when managing remote employees across state lines, including:

- Tracking work hours and productivity
- What law applies to workers in other states
- Performance management
- Returning employees to the office
- Leave law considerations
- Limits to advising on laws in other states
Panelists will also discuss best practices when advising clients on this topic, from both management and employee perspectives.
