Michael Sams co-presented the “Making Objections Workshop 2026,” presented by MCLE New England.
At this April 1, 2026 workshop, attendees learned from expert litigators about understanding the proper grounds for making objections—and how to effectively argue and oppose them—but also how to decide when it is in your best interests to do so. Attendees took advantage of the unique opportunity to test their knowledge in a mock courtroom setting, where they tried out the skills and got essential feedback on performance.
