Bowditch operates seamlessly across its Massachusetts offices, with a streamlined, one-firm structure and philosophy. The entire organization is managed as one firm instead of having separate P&Ls for practice areas or offices. On any given day, it’s typical for our lawyers to start their day in one office and end up in another, going wherever clients or colleagues need them to be. Additionally, we offer a hybrid work environment where attorneys and business leadership are in the office three days per week, plus the additional benefit of working from home for two full weeks per year.
Efficient Law Firm Management Structure
The firm’s equity partners handle long-term strategic planning for the partnership, but they delegate general management, policy making and day-to-day operational oversight to our Managing Partner. We’ve eliminated red tape for faster decision making. The firm’s Executive Director and her team focus on achieving strategic goals and strengthening Bowditch. This management structure allows lawyers to focus more time and energy on serving clients and developing business.
Expanding Boston Office
In 2025, we expanded our Boston presence and celebrated with more than 200 guests.
