Before Bowditch
Before joining the firm, Erin was a Civil Rights Attorney with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Earlier in her career, she served as a Program Officer for Title IX and Sexual Misconduct for College students at Harvard University. Prior to attending law school, Erin held leadership roles focused on responding to sexual misconduct in higher education, including Director of Title IX Coordination for Chicago Public Schools and Director of the Center for Awareness, Response, and Education at Northwestern University.
Besides work
You can often find Erin spending time outdoors with her dog in New England or visiting her favorite cities: Chicago and Baltimore. These days, she is energized by learning how to garden, attempting to do triathlons, and planning travel.
