George Tetler to speak at WBJ Building Business Value Forum
On October 25, George Tetler will speak at the Worcester Business Journal’s Building Business Value Forum, which will provide business owners valuable advice and guidance when looking to exit or sell a business. Each panel will explore key issues when planning future transactions or sales of businesses to maximize the value of what is likely to be an individual’s greatest asset.
George’s panel will focus on legal best practices when considering a purchase or sale of a company, including the pros and cons of an internal sale to management, a transition to a family member(s), and a sale to an outside company or venture capital funded group. His panel will also explore Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) or staying in the business while delegating more duties to management.
