Brian Allen is a paralegal in the firm’s Business and Finance practice area. He assists with general corporate matters, such as domestic and foreign profit, nonprofit, professional and LLC formations, amendments, qualifications, mergers and dissolutions; corporate and LLC Consent votes; and corporate maintenance. Brian also helps with transactional work, such as asset sales, stock sales, mergers and acquisitions, financings, due diligence and schedule preparation, UCC filings, lien searches, status certificates, Secretary’s/Manager’s Certificates, authority opinions and votes.
Before Bowditch
Brian came to Bowditch with more than 15 years of experience working as a paralegal and legal consultant in Boston.
Besides work
Brian is a lifelong music enthusiast with an eclectic taste for many styles of music, his favorite being jazz. His passion for music fuels his attending as many live music events as he can get to. In fact, he is so into music, he has spent some time in the past as a music producer.
In addition to music, Brian is a self-proclaimed angler. He has never caught a fish he did not like! When you meet Brian, be prepared for a story about the one that got away!
