Karina Abeddy is an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance practice area. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, public finance, and corporate finance, including asset-based lending, intercreditor lending, general commercial financing and stock sales. Karina represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, and also serves as counsel in a variety of bond transactions.
Before Bowditch
During law school, Karina was a project intern at the International Legal Foundation Access to Justice Project, a law clerk at a Boston law firm and a student attorney at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
Besides work
Conversational in Arabic, Karina enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and trying new restaurants wherever she travels.
